Q. What is your Returns Policy?

A. Please contact us immediately at support@rayaclothing.com.au, if you have an issue such as receiving a damaged product or if you have received the wrong product. We will work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Please be advised we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

Q. How will my garment arrive to me?

A. We work with a variety of courier services to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. We ask that you kindly allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes, we can ship anywhere.
